Earth Compute publishes compute-market data — prices, datacentres, networks and energy — with every figure linked to the source it came from. These terms cover use of the website and the data we compile.

1. Acceptable use

You may read, search and link to anything on this site, and quote figures with attribution. You may not:

use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, AI agents or any other automated means to extract, copy or harvest data from this site;
systematically retrieve content in order to build or populate a database, directory or competing service;
circumvent rate limits, bot-detection or access controls, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
misrepresent the origin of our data, or present it in a way that implies endorsement by OwnX.

Automated access is permitted only with our prior written permission. We are usually happy to give it — see Requesting access — and we would rather grant a documented feed than have anyone guess at our HTML.

Automated protection

We apply rate limiting and proof-of-work bot mitigation to this site, including on paginated and drill-down views. Automated clients may be challenged or blocked. These measures protect availability; they are not a claim of ownership over the third-party data described in section 3.

2. What we own

The site design, code, page structure and written analysis are © OwnX. Our compiled price observations — the record of which provider offered what, at what price, on which date, with its evidence link — are our database, and section 1 applies to them.

3. What we do not own — third-party open data

Substantial parts of Earth Compute are built from open datasets that carry their own licences. Those licences take precedence over these terms, and nothing above restricts your rights under them. We are a licensee of this data, not its owner, and we will not assert rights we do not hold.

4. Accuracy

We publish figures we can source, and we say so when we cannot. Prices change constantly, feeds go stale, and providers restructure their catalogues. Every figure carries the date it was observed and a link to its evidence. Nothing here is a quote, an offer, or financial advice — verify with the provider before you commit money. Where two sources disagree, we show the disagreement rather than average it away.

5. Requesting access

If you want programmatic access, want your prices corrected, or want your company excluded, email tech@ownx.co. If you are a provider and believe we have a figure wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say that we did.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
